The Four Bfs of China Sourcing.

In my twenty years of experience with China I have learned that if you want to succeed in China you must play by China rules. You cannot win in China on your own rules. There are many customs, practices and regulations that you are expected to observe. If you are not aware of these you run the risk of squandering the considerable effort and expense that you have invested in China and you will not be able to deliver quality product to your customer. Needless to say, it is very difficult and very costly to get a second chance.
