Sampling is a critical part of getting a product to market. Incorrect or late samples can delay a product launch, impact presentations at trade shows and frustrate important customers. However, the highly technical nature of many consumer products coupled with language and/or cultural barriers means that samples often arrive incorrect and need to be redone, wasting precious time and resources.
